Who is Top Floor for?
Top Floor is for adults who value generosity, emotional intelligence, clear communication, and explicit consent. Our community includes people of many genders, identities, and orientations who respect privacy, boundaries, and the shared container.
What is the minimum age for Top Floor?
The minimum age for Top Floor is 21. Top Floor is primarily designed for people 25 and older, but the minimum age for application and attendance is 21.
How does the application and invite process work?
Start with the application. If there is a fit, we may invite you to a short conversation to align on consent, safety, and culture. If you are accepted, you receive onboarding, access to the WhatsApp community, and invitations to upcoming events. Membership makes you eligible to attend; tickets are purchased separately.
Is sexual participation required?
No. Sexual participation is never required at Top Floor. You can dance, talk, flirt, watch the room from a respectful distance, connect socially, or leave early. The expectation is presence, respect, and consent, not any specific sexual activity.
Do you welcome first-time or solo guests?
Yes. Top Floor welcomes first-time and solo guests who demonstrate readiness during their interview. We look for emotional maturity, consent fluency, self-awareness, and a generous approach to community. Many members first attend on their own.
Do couples apply together?
Yes. Couples apply on one application. We encourage partners to align on boundaries, intentions, and check-ins before the event and to stay in communication throughout the night.
How much do membership and tickets cost?
Membership starts at $35 per month when paid annually. Signature Party tickets start at $250 per person and are sliding scale. Membership makes you eligible to attend; event tickets are purchased separately.
Which events require membership?
All current Top Floor parties and workshops are members only. Membership makes accepted applicants eligible to attend; tickets or reservations may still be separate depending on the event.
What STI tests are required to attend?
We require verified STI results dated within 3 months of the event. Required tests include a throat swab for oral gonorrhea, genital gonorrhea and chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV-1/2. Condoms are required for penetration unless you and your partner are fluid bonded and aligned on a different choice.
How is STI information handled?
STI results are uploaded through a secure form, stored in a restricted Google Drive folder, and used only to verify event eligibility. Access is limited to designated reviewers and controlled technical support when needed. Files are normally deleted after processing and no later than 14 days after submission. See the STI privacy policy for the full process.
Are phones, photos, or video allowed?
No photos or video are allowed in shared spaces during party hours. Phones stay out of sight except briefly in bathrooms. Limited, fully consented photos may be taken only in private spaces outside the party space and only with the clear agreement of everyone involved.
What is your substance policy?
Guests are expected to stay grounded enough to uphold consent and make clear decisions. Over-intoxication is not permitted. Alcohol is available at some events, and smoking or vaping is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
How does Top Floor handle incidents or consent violations?
Guardians and hosts intervene, pause or stop action when needed, support anyone impacted, document what happened, and review next steps. Outcomes may include warnings, pauses, removal from chats, or loss of membership. After and between events, you can submit a confidential report at topfloorclub.com/reporting.
What are the WhatsApp rules?
Our WhatsApp groups are extensions of the community. No unsolicited DMs; invite DMs in-thread. Keep posts relevant to the group. No harassment, discrimination, or political debate. Written consent is required before sharing images of anyone, and promotions require host approval except in the Offers group.
Can I request accessibility accommodations or other support?
Yes. Tell us what support you need, whether it is mobility, sensory, communication, or social. We will do our best to prepare the space and the team so you can arrive with more ease.
What if something feels off once I am there?
Find a guardian or host immediately. We will pause the situation, support anyone involved, and help you feel safer. If you prefer, you can also debrief afterward or submit a report after the event.
