The Signature Weekend is our main event — a Friday mixer that becomes a Saturday all-night party across three private penthouse suites. It is the room our community keeps coming back to.

How to Join
Your path to the door
Top Floor is application-based, and membership is required for the Signature Weekend — that's how every face in the room has been through the same care. The path is friendlier than it looks.
Vetting call
If your application moves forward, we'll set up a short conversation so we can get to know you and you can ask us anything.
Membership trial
Once accepted, your membership begins with a complimentary trial. Learn how membership works.
Recent STI test
STI testing within the past 3 months is mandatory before attending. We'll walk you through how to share it.
Reserve your weekend
Once you're a member, reserve a weekend through your digital membership card or the member calendar. The address is shared by email after purchase.

How the weekend unfolds
Friday Mixer
Soft, social, clothed. Connective time before the party — meet the room you'll share Saturday with, so Saturday opens with familiar faces, not strangers.
Saturday Party
The full Top Floor evening: dance, conversation, and intentional play across luxuriously adorned and thoughtfully decorated spaces. Open bar, curated music, trained Guardians, and safer-sex supplies on hand. Doors close around 11:30 so the night can settle. Many guests stay through the early morning as breakfast appears and the room slows.
Dress the Vibe
Fashion inspiration for both halves of the night
The room moves through two distinct moods. Some guests wear one look the whole night; many bring a second piece in a small bag and shift partway through. Both are welcome.
Early Evening · Mixer + Early Party
Showing up to be seen
This is the room you walk into. Dress to be seen across it. Top Floor's early evening leans into upscale, elegant, gala vibes — sequins, slip dresses, sharp tailoring, velvet, and the piece you wore once and never had the right night for again. This is the night.

Skip sneakers, flip-flops, shorts, t-shirts, and streetwear — they don't match the room.
Later, Deeper · Late Saturday
Some keep the gala on. Others let it slip.
Past midnight, the room shifts. Many guests stay in their early-evening look — others change into something closer to the body. Lingerie, latex, leather, lace, harness, sheer. Whatever lets you stay present in the room, fully you.
