Pause or Restart My Membership

You may pause your membership for three, six or nine months. The pause will take effect immediately, with your next quarterly or annual payment date pushed back by the time period you choose.

During the pause, you won’t be charged membership dues. You will not be able to purchase tickets to Top Floor members-only events, and your access to the WhatsApp community will be limited to the Announcement group.

Your membership will be restarted at the end of the time period you choose, or you can resume your membership earlier by coming back to this form.

Please request a pause at least 48-hours before your next payment date, otherwise we may not process it in time to avoid you being charged. Pauses are limited to one per year.

As an example, suppose today is November 1st, with your next quarterly payment scheduled for December 1st. If you select a 3-month pause, your membership will be paused effective today until February 1st, and your next payment date will be pushed back three months to March 1.
